The Practice Nurses are trained to give advice on all aspects of foreign travel and the vaccinations required for different countries. A comprehensive range of travel vaccinations is available, some of which carry a charge. We are also able to provide Malaria tablets at a competitive price from the Dispensary.
If you wish to use our Travel Clinic, please collect the appropriate form from Reception, (or download it below) - this will ensure that the Nurse has all the necessary information ready for you at your appointment. (Please note that the Practice nurses are unable to discuss vaccination requirements by telephone).
