Dr Richard Probert (Partner)

MBBS BSc (London 1995) MRCGP 2001 DFFP

Dr Probert joined the practice in 2002. He has a particular interest in diabetes, paediatrics and sexual health. He is also interested in training and education and has been appointed an Honorary Teacher at the University of Bristol.

Dr Mark Porter (Partner)

MBE MB BS DA DCH

Dr Porter is a Partner at the Culverhay surgery and joined the practice in 2009. He also works for the BBC and is the medical correspondent for The Times. Mark was appointed MBE in 2005 for services to medicine.

Dr Pippa Munro

BM (1997 Southampton) MRCGP DCH DFFP

Dr Munro is a Salaried GP and is currently working 3 sessions per week.  Special interests include womens health, sexual health and child health

Dr Nicola Thurston

MBBS (1994 London) BSc MRCGP

Dr Thurston is a Salaried GP and is currently working 5 sessions per week and enjoys all areas of general practice. Nicola also has a special interest in minor surgery.

Dr Grace Thompson

MB ChB (2009 Bristol)

Dr Thompson is a Salaried GP and is currently working 6 sessions per week and enjoys all areas of general practice.

* Please note Dr Thompson will be on maternity leave from 11th August 2017 and we will be pleased to welcome her back in 2018.

Dr Sophie Russell

MB ChB (2000 Bristol)

Dr Russell is a Salaried GP and is currently working 2 sessions a week and enjoys all areas of general practice.

Dr Katharina Nehrig

The Culverhay Surgery would like to welcome Dr Katharina Nehrig who will be at the surgery covering Dr Thompson's maternity leave until next year.
