Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. A routine appointment is for 10 minutes so please let the Receptionist know if you think you will need longer with the Doctor.
Five minute emergency (short notice) appointments are available every day at 11.00am. These appointments are for acute conditions which really cannot wait for a routine appointment.
For emergency short notice and routine appointments please telephone the Surgery on 01453 843 893.
Home Visits
If you cannot get to the surgery and need a doctor, please telephone 01453 843 893 if possible before 11.00am. It will be helpful to know the symptoms of the illness so we can judge the urgency of each call.
Medical Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency please call 01453 843 252. The receptionist will take the details and inform a Doctor. Outside normal surgery hours your call will be automatically diverted to the Out of Hours Service.

We hold two branch surgeries, one in Wickwar and one in Hawkesbury Upton:

Open Mondays (except public holidays) from 12 noon
Hawkesbury Upton. Bethesda Chapel, Park Street
Open Wednesdays from 12.30pm
