We are a group practice providing traditional family medicine to a high standard in our own purpose-built surgery.Our website has been designed to provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been built with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or booking an appointment.
The Culverhay Surgery CQC Inspection Results - April 2015
The Care Quality Commission (CQC), which is an independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, has completed its inspection of the Culverhay Surgery. These inspections are used to make sure that health services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.
The Culverhay Surgery report is now available on the CQC website.
Patients of the Culverhay Surgery can now book, cancel and rebook appointments online, and also order repeat prescriptions securely using 'SystmOnline' which is a web-based module provided by our computer supplier TPP. There is also now a free SystmOnline App for iPhones and iPads.You will need to register to use the 'SystmOnline' at the practice where you will be supplied with a username and first password.

NHS England - List Maintenance Project 2015
The NHS is carrying out work in Bath, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire to make sure the patient details on GP lists are accurate. Letters are being sent to some patients, but not all.
